Class sign-up sheet
NOTE: Everyone must complete a NEW WAIVER form before entering the PainCave for the first time since the lockdown. No waiver, no training in the cave.

Please click HERE to sign up! You will be redirected to the actual spreadsheet (in Google docs). Simply enter your name in the class slot(s) of your choosing. You do not need to "save" your entry but it may take several minutes for your entries to appear on this webpage

Most browsers will only allow users to view the sign-up sheet on this webpage, while users using the Safari browser or on Apple products may be seem to be able to edit this sheet here. Please use the "HERE" link above to edit.,.

You may be prompted to install Google Sheets in order to edit the spreadsheet. Using your Desktop is recommended for class sign-up if you do not want to install this App.

We've had some members run into issues signing up using Apple based products (iPhone or iPads). If you're having issues signing up, just text Coach Tony 770.598.3362 with the dates and times and he'll manually add you!
