Protection Guidelines

Infection Protection
 To ensure the protection of all attendees, Coach Tony or any designated class leader, we will:
 

• Perform a morning self-screening for COVID-19 symptoms with the following questions:

  • Have you been in close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19?

  • Are you experiencing a cough, shortness of breath or sore throat?

  • Have you had a fever in the last 48 hours?

  • Have you had new loss of taste or smell?

  • Have you had vomiting or diarrhea in the last 24 hours?

• Temperature - ​Per guidelines, normal temperature should not exceed 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit.

• Practice recommended social distancing to the greatest extent possible

• Increase hygiene practices—wash hands more frequently, avoid touching face, practice good respiratory etiquette when coughing or sneezing

• Stay home if feeling ill or if exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms (i.e., answers yes to any of the screening questions or who is running a fever) will leave the premises immediately and seek medical care and/or COVID-19 testing

• Keep door open and both ceiling and HVAC fans running when and where possible to improve ventilation​

• Require everyone to clean equipment they come in contact with using disinfecting wipes in the area of contact before and after each use (Disinfecting wipes will be provided)

• ​Notify Coach Tony ASAP if you have been at the ATS PainCave during the past two weeks and may have been a carrier of COVID-19 (meaning you have have since become symptomatic or learned of prior exposure to a confirmed COVID-19 case)

• Extensive signage on health policies will be posted, including the following documents, in the workplace to help educate building occupants on COVID-19 best practices:
