Protection Guidelines

NOTE: Everyone must complete a NEW WAIVER form before entering the PainCave for the first time since the lockdown. No waiver, no training in the cave.

Infection Protection
 To ensure the protection of all attendees, Coach Tony or any designated class leader, we will:
 

  • Perform a morning self-screening for COVID-19 symptoms with the following questions:

    • Have you been in close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19?

    • Are you experiencing a cough, shortness of breath or sore throat?

    • Have you had a fever in the last 48 hours?

    • Have you had new loss of taste or smell?

    • Have you had vomiting or diarrhea in the last 24 hours?

  • Temperature screening

    • Take take and log temperature with a no-touch thermometer upon each arrival at ATS.  Coach Tony/instructor's temperature reading will be recorded on the Whiteboard nearest the entrance.

    • Per guidelines, normal temperature should not exceed 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit.

  • Tony or designated check-in volunterr will wear a face covering when checking-in guests for class. (not N-95 or medical masks, which should be reserved for healthcare workers)

  • Practice recommended social distancing to the greatest extent possible

  • Increase hygiene practices—wash hands more frequently, avoid touching face, practice good respiratory etiquette when coughing or sneezing

  • Stay home if feeling ill or if exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms (i.e., answers yes to any of the screening questions or who is running a fever) will leave the premises immediately and seek medical care and/or COVID-19 testing

  • Notify Coach Tony ASAP if you have been at the ATS PainCave during the past two weeks and may have been a carrier of COVID-19 (meaning you have have since become symptomatic or learned of prior exposure to a confirmed COVID-19 case)

  • Keep door open and both ceiling and HVAC fans running when and where possible to improve ventilation

  • Require everyone to wash and sanitize their hands upon entering and leaving the facility (Sanitization station will be provided)

  • Require everyone to clean equipment they come in contact with using disinfecting wipes in the area of contact before and after each use (Disinfecting wipes will be provided)

  • Extensive signage on health policies will be posted, including the following documents, in the workplace to help educate building occupants on COVID-19 best practices:

Call Tony immediately 770.598.3362 if you become COVID-19 symptomatic and were inside the PainCave at any time in the 14 days before symptoms began
