UNMATCHED INSTRUCTION

Indoor training in the PainCave is just that, TRAINING.  We're about getting better on the bike, not just fitness. We emphasize power development, metabolic development, and riding form.​

Led by coach and owner, Tony Myers, the PainCave offers instruction and on-the-bike coaching that you cannot find anywhere else.

A Community of Masters Athletes

Our members come for the training and stay for the connections they make here!

The welcoming ATS community suffers (happily) together at the PainCave and on group rides as we support one another in achieving personal training goals.  In the process we've forged friendships, marriages, and unbreakable bonds that will last a lifetime.

Most members fall into the "Masters" (35+) category, with some members still going STRONG over 70!

I have to tell you how much I appreciate all you teach me.  I consider my race Saturday highly successful.... because of how I conducted the race.   It was total control.   You have told me over, over and over how important it is and you are absolutely right.
